1. Our Services
Truly Web Studio provides premium web design, development, and brand identity services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables of any individual project will be outlined in a separate written agreement or proposal provided prior to the commencement of work.
2. Intellectual Property & Ownership
All code, designs, and digital assets created by Truly Web Studio remain our exclusive intellectual property until the final project invoice is paid in full. Upon full payment, the rights to the final deliverables are transferred to the client. We reserve the right to showcase the completed work in our digital portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed.
3. Payment and Fees
Project fees, deposits, and payment schedules will be detailed in your project proposal. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced to cover the initial time and resources dedicated to your project.
4. Limitation of Liability
Truly Web Studio strives to deliver flawless digital products. However, we do not guarantee that our websites or services will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall Truly Web Studio be liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising out of the use or inability to use the websites we develop. Our maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific project in dispute.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms or from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
